The problem is that they're both so powerful in this region. If you want cable tv with little interruption and blazing fast internet, they are the only games in town, so they can both afford to treat their customers like absolute pig vomit. Don't worry, b1ades, when they screw up and it costs you money, you'll see just how poor their customer service is. Just like Comcast. I hated Comcast and left as soon as FIOS became available. But these past six months or so have been absolute hell from a customer service standpoint. They've continually lied to me and failed me in even the simplest dealings.
