I agree, Philly shouldn't have stopped running.

Puzzled me when the Ravens stopped running in their game. It's not like "Rice, Raymond" is all that good or anything.

Why not give the ball to the "elite qb?"

Bmore would be infinitely better if they stopped trying to make flacco into something he's not and just pounded the ground. Their ground game + screens is enough to tear up most teams.

exactly. Philly needs a game plan like pittsburghs new system. inside runs, screens, quick passes.

but with Philly's back's id do alot more screens.

Looks like Pitt has another power runner in Redmon. That scares me a little.

Also, the Ravens' D isn't strong enough to save Flacco's azz every time anymore.

Honestly, they'd probably look a lot better of the ravens were still running a bunch.

They are definitely worse on D, especially with Webb hurt and Ngata playing through an injury.

But if their offense wasn't horrible at possessing the ball, the defense would get more time to rest.

I think they flashed a stat that the Ravens are near the bottom of the league in time of possession.

I think Wallace is still pretty important for the Steelers. He played a big part in that win over the Giants.

daisuke149 11-06-2012 01:16 PM

He played a big part in the win... but the refs put us in the hole to start with.

Also he dropped a few pasess in the day.

and hes dropped many passes in the year that have led us to lose games too.

His overall effort and attitude is what I want gone from pittsburgh. But if he makes a change to try and give the same effort as Sanders and Brown, then i'd love to keep him.

b1adesofcha0s 11-06-2012 01:45 PM

Yeah if he can get his attitude straightened out I think he's the most dangerous receiver on your team.

jcosta79 11-06-2012 02:37 PM

Jason Garret (yesterday's press conference): "If you take away the 2 dropped passes by Miles Austin and Kevin Ogletree, they had a really great game."

Randy Galloway: "That's like saying: 'If you take away the iceberg, the Titanic had a great trip!'"

I see what your saying but at the same time.. Brown I think is alot more dynamic. He seems quicker. Wallace is Fast.

Brown also comes back to the ball when needed and seems to be able t make tougher catches w/ better hands.

I think they are just 2 different style receivers.

Yeah and the combination of the two is part of what makes them so dangerous IMO.

Steelers are no stranger to receivers with big mouths (plexiglass)
