Lebron puts up really good numbers, and for your information numbers do count. How else do you keep track of progress, records broken, and determine team standings. Statistics are based on how well a player performs night after night, if basketball or sports wasn't based on numbers, then why not just hand out a sticker to the most improved player or the one "that sweat his little heart out". LOL
