not a surprising day for trade. Walton finally got traded. Fisher left...trying to free up money for free agent during the off season. Wallace and Camby traded, Blazers coach fired. expected something bigger.

I love the Sessions pick up, sad to see Fisher go like that but sh1t happens. Not like he was actually contributing to the team statistically right now but just a veteran and the glue of the team. Anyways finally since about 04-05 when Walton stepped foot on the Lakers I wanted him out, he's just so bad and a complete waste so finally his big contract is dumped. Kapono was useless also and wasn't able to hit his shots. Mike brown needs to pit Sessions as a starter and stop wasting time.

Agreed that Sessions is a good trade, but I wouldn't say Fisher was a complete waste, I mean the guy still had some big 4th quarter shots, he does have his off and on days like any other player, but he contributed generously to the Lakers offense.

First off saying he should be traded doesn't mean they hate him. Second, I think they were just speaking nonsense because most people were amazed at what Lin brought to NY. Yes they hit a slump when Melo came back but I don't think that was totally on him. They just need to find a way to run the offense better with him in there. He seems to be learning to hold the ball less now and has without a doubt improved defensively now that D'Antoni is gone.

doesnt mean just becasuse there are talks of you being traded you are disliked, that would mean Dwight Howard would actually be hated everywhere. His trade saga went for ever....:rofl2:
