Let me also add that rookie Norris Cole is mos def a problem. He came up big in the end, he def needs more time on the floor if he continues to play like he did tonight.

If d12 came to chicago, i would bet my prostate the bulls would have at least another 3 titles. Hating adidas right now. Edit: found original article V Jordan's shadow hangs over new NBA season - NBA - Yahoo! Sports

I wouldn't go that far, but they can use more defensive pressure in the paint, Omar Asik is not cutting it for them right now. But, its interesting how marketing tactics have given way to players not being able to be on the same team. Even more interesting that Derrick Rose and Dwight are both endorsed by Adidas. However, I doubt any other shoe brand is going to be as popular as the Jordans were when they came out. Matter fact they still are. Im sure you heard of the madness that went on for the new Jordans that came out. So even if DH and DR manage to sucessfully launch their sneaker brands, I doubt they would be as popular as the Jordan's have been. But still sad to see that marketing sneakers has gained priority over player placement in the Nba. It is a bummer, Id like to see DH somewhere other than he is now, and Chicago wouldn't be a bad place to put him as they are lacking a sufficient big man. |

Yeah he will be forever missed from the NBA floor, I don't think there will ever be any player like him. Truly one of the greatest players and most humble as well. Also congrats to him as he just got hitched to his Fiance the other day.
His new sneakers seems to be creating a lot of controversy though. Heard it was causing a lot of violence and crime. Crazy--Video: Community Leaders Blame Nike Air Jordan Shoes For Rising Crime: Say Michael Jordan Should Speak Up To Stop Sneaker Violence! |

Michael Jordan is a douche. His entire career was built upon the premise that everybody hated on him, and he used that anger and resentment to drive him on. When people tried to appreciate him, he spat in their faces.
Greatest basketball player ever, but nowhere near humble. |

If you are that great, there are bound to be people "hating" on you, its human nature. Yet, my point is that he never let that come in the way of his game. You ever see him shove someone, put hands on another player, get into any lawsuits on or off the floor? No...because he carried his pride in a humble way, its hard not to be a little over confident when you are a skilled and great player, and for that he still carried himself with dignity and gentleman like attitude. Now you wanna talk about non humble players look at the Lakers, they have two the most cockiest and non humble players in the NBA, one of which still graces the floor of league now. SO we cant judge a man by his actions when he was forced to act a certain way because of his large following combined with what we call "haters" Despite such a great pressure for him to always outperform others, and criticism, he still remained and is to this day one of the most humble players. |
