Did anyone catch the *** whoopin the Heat just gave the Mavs?
Lebron-37 Pts, 10 Reb, 6 Ast, 2 Stl, 2 Blk and whats up with Odom being thrown out?? Not a good way to start off on a new team, let alone the season. |

Dude.. what do you expect? We lost 6 players. Had about 10 days to practice and Heat had practically the same team. This game just highlights that we are missing an inside presence. 11pts aint bad.. considering how bad we were down by.

It seemed like the Mavs were still soaking in the victory over the Heat from last year finals, and too caught up in the banner celebration that happened before the beginning of the game, Mav fans should actually be happy this happened, because it gave the Mavs a wake up call early, to let them know that this is a new season and they better start playing tougher ball. Just because they are raining champions doesnt mean they can relax and expect to just win games, they have to be at 100% the whole game. Combined with the fact that the Heat were just stronger offensively. Wade and Lebron were on attack mode, the whole team was focused and ready to play. I give props to Jet Terry though, he was playing all out almost the whole game, but it still wasn't enough to secure the win. Enuff said. Well they still managed to win, although I was expecting more from CP and Griffy. |
