Only been using it for a week so can't comment to much, but I work out everyday and take it with 16 oz. of milk after each time. Definitely more energy, tastes really good to me, and helps keep muscle mass after my workout too. suggestions about brands? I was clueless and just bought what the sales guy recommended.
