Yeah that really must suck. Then you have to wait as your team keeps losing and slowly rebuilds itself until you finally reach the point where your team is good.

Yeah that really must suck. Then you have to wait as your team keeps losing and slowly rebuilds itself until you finally reach the point where your team is good. Either that or you eventually get traded
