Jon Bones Jones vs Glover Teixeira set tentavily for Feb. 1 confirmed on Sportscenter. Seems Gustafsson will have to wait for the rematch. I think it is the right choice as it was a close fight. However it was not scored a draw even though most feel it was. So the next contender should get his shot instead of waiting. Then if UFC doesn't have anyone better to match up with the champion after that fight they can easily pencil in Gustafsson and no one will act like he is undeserving of another shot after his last performance. The whole ordeal that happened at lightweight doesn't need to occur again....ever.

Several great fights last night. Cain did it again. He will just have JDS ticket always. I just don't see anyone taking Cain out.

UFC boss Dana White: I try to like Roy Nelson, but he's delusional

"Contrary to popular belief, I try so hard to like Roy Nelson," White said to a small group of reporters following Saturday night's post-UFC 166 press conference. "It's like I saw him backstage before I came out to talk to you guys. I was like, 'What's up Roy? You looked good. You lost weight,' and this and that. Then I come out and hear the stupid s--t he said to you guys right before I walk out there."

All three judges awarded Cormier the bout, 30-27.

After the loss, Nelson said he wasn't all that impressed with his opponent's performance.

"He didn’t engage me really," Nelson said. "That’s not to take anything away from Cormier, but it's tough to fight like that. He's a great fighter, but it's frustrating."

White was shocked at the evaluation.

"He said Cormier wasn't engaging enough," White said. "He outwrestled him, and he punched the living s--t out of him. How much more does he want to be engaged? He says some dumb s--t, and he's very delusional.

Cain vs Werdum could be interesting. Don't think anyone else will have more than a puncher's chance to take the title from him. JDS probably won't get another shot for a while, but he's clearly and by far the 2nd best HW in the UFC.

Hendricks is right... Rogan is right... JH is ducking for cover, very disappointing... almost like he knew the officials were going to call it his way - almost like Fawas Zahabi knew the officials were going to call it for GSP when he picked him up...

Unless GSP is really retiring and walking away from his title, I'm going to say that the UFC has officially gone the way of boxing
