yeah, Überroid does look like a freakin beast though :p

have you ever tried roids? I found a cheap legal way to get them lol

b1adesofcha0s 12-10-2012 11:55 AM

No and I'm never going to either. :ugh2:

Overeem vs Mir might be a good fight too if JDS/Velasquez winner gets injured.

JDS also has no stamina so if it goes to the second round that will hurt him too.

Kinda like he did last time :ugh2:

I was yelling at the TV during their first fight on Fox. Take him down! Instead he kept circling and circling and then JDS lands one and its over. Surely he learned from that mistake.

It's on this weekend. Pulling for Cain. I have lots of respect for both. I always favor fighters with wrestling background. And that's exactly what Cain will need to use.

JDS will take care of business again. Maybe not as quick as last time, but he will come out with the win. The rest of the card looks pretty lame though.

i agree i got JDS all the way

also just a heads up CBSSPORTS network is showing the annual dream 18 japanese MMA new years event combined with glory kickboxing heavyweight tourney at 10pm on dec 31. its always a tradition for me to watch the dream new years event.. pretty decent fights on the card this year

Come on guys. IMO all JDS has is a right hand that he just happen to land. Cain is going to take him down for a TKO. JDS also has no stamina so if it gets to the second round its for sure over. Don't forget JDS couldn't finish Roy Nelson that time.

JDS has underrated Jujitsu. I hope Cain does take him down so we can see it.

I am fine with either guy winning, they are both beasts.

I think you're underrating JDS more than we may be overrating him. We haven't really even seen his ground game or newly developed wrestling skills because he's never had to use them before. He's not exactly easy to take down.

MC 12-27-2012 09:38 PM

dont get me wrong i really feel cain has a chance and with overeem not being able to fight this month really is the #1 contender. Im a big fan of him and if he comes out there like a man possessed like he did against bigfoot then who knows. but i really feel JDS is so much equal parts precision and devastating power its hard to to put a stop to him. cains only hope is a early take down with some vicious ground and pound. If he does win i will be happy as i like him just as much as junior. I felt bad for him when he sort of dropped the ball on the biggest stage at that first fox event. so its a win win for me as either is gonna get reem'd this spring. just hope not another 50 sec fight or whatever that first one was as i want to feel like im getting my money worth as honestly the under card is a bit weak but hopefully only in names and they are some good fights all around

:iagree:

b1adesofcha0s 12-27-2012 10:18 PM

If Cain wins, I'll be looking forward to their 3rd match up in a year or two. I think either of them could handle Overeem....which is clearly gonna be the next match up for the HW title.
