Heard a reporter float an idea yesterday. If a player is found guilty of any violation of drug policy the team would have the right to void their contract. The loss of all future money on that contract just might be enough to deter them.

I am on board with this, but the Players Union would never agree to this, so it's never going to happen.

Because he is getting accused of not only using PED, but interfering with the Biogenesis investigation by MLB. That is why he is appealing the ruling.

But I'll be glad to see him ban for life so NYY can get a real 3rd Baseman. A free up some cash.

If he's not on AZ, then I don't want him in the NL West.

Even though we hit him well this year.

Dback's season is all but done. Injuries mounting (again) and poor management (no deadline deals, etc.) on top of still poor, poor pitching and no hitting.

Waiting for September call-ups to see Owings and Bradley!

Probably in the rotation next season.
