Again, the Yankees use their never ending access to funds to squeeze another little guy out of competition.

The Yankees had plenty of time to trade mark "Baseball's Evil Empire" but didn't so should forfeit their rights to it.

What I'd like to see is Disney sue the Yankees for using "evil empire" and "the imperial march" which is clearly a reference to Star Wars. Finally someone with enough money to give the Yankees a beat down.

What are you talking about? I've always been and will always be a Boston Red Sox fan. I just know enough about the sport to talk about teams other than the Red Sox.

As far ad the Yankee injuries, Mark Teixeira, Curtis Granderson, Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter will all be on the DL opening day. That's an $80 million DL payroll.
