UFC is less physical than WWE. In UFC, most of the physical punishment is training for the fight. And then you're only at serious risk for, what, a few seconds to a MAX of 25 minutes (in a title bout that goes the distance).
In WWE, it's phony, but those guys get slammed and thrown and jump off of railings, etc, etc... It's physically taxing. And they do several shows a month, with some matches lasting a half hour or more. |
