who saw the game anyway? mo williams got hot in g1, but that's the most ridiculous i've EVER seen him play. some of those fades were straight up ridiculous, you'd NEVER shoot that in a proper offense. looks like d-wade forgot his hand somewhere and mo picked it up :rofl2:

It's just a matter of time for KD's ego to kick in. Lebron was sincerely humble at one point also. Now he just throw's that term around like it's nothing. In fact there is nothing humble about the way he uses the word.

Relatively speaking though I would say he's one of the more mature superstar ego's in the league given his age. I grew up watching Magic, Bird and than Jordan. They were all cocky and don't even mention Kobe during his championship run. Kobe is a lot more mature now....so it's easier to like him.

As for Mo Williams...I have a theory on that. If you watched the 08-09 reg season..Mo was absolutely on fire. You felt like whatever shot he threw up was going in. And so everyone expected him to kill the playoffs alongside Lebron. But then he choked the entire postseason....and I think any Cavs fan will tell you that he didn't resemble what he was in the reg season. I personally think the Cavs made it a huge point to not rely on Mo in the reg season this year. If you watch the games closely the only games Mo showed up to were the big name games. ORL, Celts, and Lakers. I found that very interesting. It was almost as if they were preserving him throughout the entire reg. season

Ray Allen is old but he is the scariest person on that team IMO....you really can't guard him bc once the screen is set he gets his shot off so fast. You kinda just hope he's off that day. When I see him wide open I just assume it's automatic....Coming off the screen and shooting is one thing but that is just one guy you cannot afford to leave wide open.

As much as I love Mo, Delante West has been lights out from beyond the arc this season.. the guy hits clutch shots, never really been a fan of his before this season, I think hes a good replacement for Mo off the bench, or when Mo isnt having a good game, I think hes going to have a good one tonight.

D West is a mini Lebron IMO. He can shoot, defend, pass and throw down some thunderous dunks. He will show up big throughout the rest of the playoffs for the Cavs bench....

what a fukn laughable display tonight, lebron was garbage, I wonder how many points were scored off his turnovers, not to mention how the game would have turned out if we could make free throws, probably would have won by 30 (facetious), what a goddamn joke man. I hope we actually show up to the game in Boston.

Yeah pretty bad showing specially on the day he received his MVP. He will bounce back next game.

Hahaha....what a ridiculous game. It's funny really.

This is what I hate about the Cavs. They suffer the same problem as the Lakers. They feel as if they can simply turn on the switch whenever they want. The Lakers are an arrogant bunch but truthfully they are allowed to be...I mean they are the champs after all. They've got nothing to prove to anyone....but the Cavs are like this for what reason?? They have everything to prove.

It's really annoying. Isn't it obvious to everyone that the Cavs don't try and they have this cocky attitude? We all know the elbow injury is fake....I don't buy that one bit. Hell if Mike Brown doesn't know about it and says his elbow is fine than I don't believe it. Even Doc Rivers said that it was a bunch of BS.

Either way..the Cavs will be victorious but I wonder if teams get paid to keep the series interesting....bc the real Cavs don't show up in certain games much like Game 3 in Chicago. They got screwed with their cocky attitude again at the end of that game...even though they could have pulled it off.

I think them knowing that they can win the series even if they lose one is what's killing them, they are getting complacent.

wishihadnav 05-04-2010 01:38 AM

Hmmm..will my prediction come true??..haha

I'm gonna be honest, the display shown last night was so laughable, it almost looked staged. Hell, the nets would have put up a better showing than that crap. I wouldnt doubt that the games are intentionally set up to allow the series to play out entirely just for ticket sales and to keep audiences watching. And you're right, my brother made a comment about how terrible the Cavs have been in the first half all season long and can go into the 3rd down 25 points and still come back and win comfortably, I think now cockiness and complacency is starting to rear its ugly head.
