Vettel biggest problem is Vettel. Another mistake and lost win. Unimpressive overall again.
You aren't wrong either and that is why I predicted that Vettel would make a mistake to loss the race. I am not a Vettel fan by any means and he often finds a way lose versus winning. He can't win even in a superior car.

The last 2 full season and 1/3 of this = a seriously over rated so called WDC. Ricci showed how little race craft he had at RedBull and sent Vettel off as he defeated him in equal machinery.

All the pundits, press and former F1 drivers can talk about the win being taken from him = NO. Vettel opened that door and nicely all by himself with his stupid error and then was caught steering intentionally over not leaving space per the regs in black and white. He acted like a twit after because he got got caught!!!. Deflected everything with his anger because he got caught and caused the issue himself.

In the midpack had this occurred no announcer or pundit would care. The drivers affected might as it could cost points and money at the end for teams and bonuses etc. But the world would not be ending. Vettel does this and now F1 is the joke of a series. No the joke is Seb. Period!

Renault driver Daniel Ricciardo has said he has heard it all before with regards to a potential move to Ferrari.

Ricciardo has reportedly emerged as a ‘Plan B’ option for the Scuderia just in case they do need to find a replacement for Sebastian Vettel.

Vettel is contracted until the end of next season with Ferrari, but he cannot escape questions about retirement at the end of the current campaign.

Whilst he has continuously rejected those retirement claims, there is no doubt that the four-time World Champion is disillusioned with how Formula 1 is ruled and governed. He does, however, still enjoy driving and racing.

Ricciardo, meanwhile, was also on a list of leading names last season to replace Kimi Raikkonen at Ferrari but, in a shock move, he ultimately decided to leave Red Bull for Renault after the Scuderia put their faith in Charles Leclerc instead.

So, the Aussie is well accustomed to the Ferrari rumours and, even if Vettel was to call it a day at the end of the year, Ricciardo will not be the man replacing him.

“To be honest, I’ve been seeing articles like for the last three or four years consecutively,” Ricciardo told Auto Express about the Ferrari rumours.

“So it’s not new to me now. I have my contract, it’s a hard contract until the end of 2020, it was a two-year deal.

“So if Seb did walk away this year, then that’s his decision, but I wouldn’t be involved in that.”

Ferrari have already ruled out a move for Ricciardo’s former team-mate Max Verstappen.

Wow, these last two races are like a different sport. Way to go F1! I think it's time to put Vettel out to pasture.

Max has twice outraced Leclerc. As it stands right now, we know who is better between the two.

Jump of a cliff head first if you think the last three races were boring. Hamilton is human after all. Valtteri will not be in a Merc next year. RB/Honda and Max should go steady. Gasly should be demoted back to TR. Kimi was purely racing today but thwarted by the clutch penalty. We need more rain in these races. Renault is.......well a Renault. Great to see SV with a clean race. Leclerc will be better next year. Hope he wins at least one this year. The Dutch are such wonderful fans. Williams is just down in the dumps. And Haas, Grosjean is a joke. Too many mistakes and excuses. Why are they still holding on to this guy? Can't wait for Hungary!

That race was exhausting. Fun, but with all of the wrecks, weather changes and strategy changes and announcer conniption fits.

This was one of the best races so far this year. I hate races that are ran in the rain but this one had it all. Looking forward to the race this weekend.
