What a joke it is that F1 gave Rosberg a 10-second penalty for ramming Kimi. Practically F1 has given Mercedes a license to run all other cars off the track.

He didn't ram Kimi, but cutting in on the corner and taking it wide out was a shitty move, which is why he got the penalty (probably should have been a drive through penalty since they made contact). It was the same thing Vettel did to him in corner 1. Verstappen has done it too recent races, I wouldn't say they are giving Mercedes a pass. It was good to see red bull on the podium, will be a good fight between them and Ferrari for the number 2 spot.
