Ultimate Fighter (show)

I have to say, this is been a boring season (season 10, heavyweights). I don't know if it's because these heavyweights are slow and lethargic or what, but these fights have all been snoozers.
Although rampage provides comic relief, he's a douche when it comes to coaching. After his 6th loss (6-0 now), I figured he would have walked off the show at this point.
Although I'm sure I will stick it out till the end, this has been one bad season.

It's pretty obvious that the only reason a lot of these guys aren't light heavyweights is because of their ridiculously bad conditioning. And that results in big slow guys with no cardio. Nothing entertaining about that at all. Yet, I still watch it.

Yea, I would rather see faster fighters, but I am still watching. I am kinda glad "titties" won the fight. Rampage was a **** to him.

When I saw rampage put "titties" on his name plaque, I was like "well, now titties is surely going to win, because now he's pissed off!" I told the wife he was going to come out swinging like a mad man, and sure enough he did.

LOL, yup. Definitely gave him the edge.

This season is so far looking much better than the last.

its always going to be more entertaining with the lower weight classes, they're all in better shape and have the endurance to last more than 2 minutes into the 2nd round, every fight is a war, thats what I love about it. I must say though, I was a bit disappointed in green hair dude, i thought he was a lock at least for the semi finals. And I hope someone beats the shyt out of afro boy.

What's that quote from fight club, something like "skinny guys fight till they're hamburger." :icon17:

Agree on both the green haired guy, who seemed like he was going to go far, and the afro, who probably will go far despite being a douche.

I'm not sold on afro boy, the guy he fought to get into the house was a pussy and showed zero heart, he just stood there and let the guy kick him in the face, any fighter would realize that getting kicked isnt fun and go for the takedown, which I immediately would have done. I like to stand up and throw blows but if I realize im outclassed, i'll go to the backup plan which is the bjj. Dude just talks waaaay too much shyt, someone needs to knock him down a peg or two. I remember at the beginning of the show Dana said that the coaches would be able to vote two losers back into contention, so maybe green hair will come back, I know he was battling that shoulder injury, so maybe at full strength he'd be able to pull it off.

I was hoping the guy with the jaw issue would get to come back, but I'm sure not enough time will lapse for his jaw to heal.

I had my jaw broken when I was sparring a few years back thanks to the knee of my opponent, it was an accident but I was out of commission for 2 months before it felt normal again and I could chew with good pressure, he wont be back.

I had a jaw surgery that was pretty similar. Nothing but liquids for several days, and then when I moved on to "food," it was whatever I could blend up with broth. That went on for a month, then I moved on to soft food.
