"Constructive Critisim"
I am making this merely so that the B-Pillar thread does not get mucked up real fast. I have already given my advice on the other thread, but I will just kick things off by copy/pasting it.
I am of the opinion that Spawn is a good guy, but he just can't keep up with everything that is going on. My recommendation would be to set the ship date (next time you sell something) a FULL MONTH after you think it will be ready. This will prepare the customer and, as you see, people are willing to wait for the product. They'd rather wait and get a good product than be told it will be ready in two weeks and it not be ready for a month, even though it is a great product. And if you DO finish products before the set deadline, you will gain the reputation of a person that gets products finished ahead of time. It's all in perspective. You SAY two weeks and it ships in a month: you are late. You SAY five weeks and it ships in a month: you are early!!! I hope you get everything sorted out. Good luck man! WARNING -- PLEASE KEEP THIS THREAD CIVIL. CONSTRUCTIVE critisim PS- I have not ordered from, or are affiliated with, Spawn Aerodynamics. Just trying to help a guy out! |

no more excuses, don't bother wasting the time trying to defend yourself on the forums.
Use the time to get your shit together, get all of the orders you have outstanding shipped, pay back all those that asked for refunds, and ONLY then should you start looking for more orders. If you get your shit together, you may be able to redeem yourself in the eyes of the consumer on this forum, but it takes actions, not words. my
