Sorry guys long story short we spent time working on orders and time looking at getting our new shop and calling for permits and having to meet with people and what not all to find out that we have to wait a little bit before we can get a shop so I'll be shipping orders by the mid of this week. If orders arent shipped by wednsday I will gladly refund anybody who is waiting for one still. Other then that we wont be taking any new orders until these B pillars are shipped out. I take the fail and you guys can say what you want about us and then once we ship everything on wednsday I hope the air changes.
I left my books at the other shop so tomorrow I'll be pming everybody who is still waiting individually. |

P.S That is my personal guaranty. I know one will be going out tomorrow, two on Tuesday, and the rest on Wednesday. Its my fault for this and I don’t have any excuses accept me feeling forced to put more time into working out what we have to do and get to open our shop with out having the city down our backs and it feels like its a total waste since we decided to wait until after the winter to get a shop so that way we are more prepared. Until then we have our burners at max and we will have these out by Wednesdays.
If not, I will refund who ever wants one, and I will make a thread where people can bash us until they feel we had enough ha. I will post updates at least once or twice a day just stating where we are at. Everybody knows we have to have this done well so that way we can have another group buy done sucessfully. John |

Nah man I don't feel like sitting here and bashing you guys, I work hard and I don't think I have a place in bashing the work others do. With that said please make sure that the pieces are perfect before shipping (no air bubbles surface scratches etc) and please pack them appropriately.

to be honest man $100 isn't enough to cry about when the only complaint (thus far) is waiting time...if we were talking about something way more expensive then yeah I've be amped but that's just me.

I’ve been on close speaking terms with the man on myg37 who wants a refund. Long story short with out saying who it is. An order was placed about a week ago. Then he changed his mind after we told him we already purchased the materials for the job. No other company would refund him after the money has already been taken apart and part of it has been spent on materials especially if the customer was given a discounted price. But we said we would refund him if we have the sales by the end of the week to refund him. We didn’t have the sales so I said earlier this morning we had to wait until we do collect the sales. Its not because we are taking too long, its not because he does not like our work. Its just personal reasons which most companies wouldn’t think twice about not giving the refund back. I am how ever trying to work things out with him to come to a fair conclusion.

What we did was we just got some lumbar to make more tables, we're in the works of getting rid of what we don’t need in our place, putting a bunch of stuff in public storage and we're having heating equipment being shipped to us so that way we can work perfectly fine where we are. I will post pictures once we are set up.
Again in my defense with that customer who wants a refund on myg37. Even though I shouldn’t be talking about it. We can not take responsibility for what is happening between us two. Like I said no other company would issue a refund after giving a discount, the customer placing the order with out problems, us purchasing the materials for the job, the customer posting a thread making it seem like we're to blame and causing problems for us. I offered to work things out with him and still am but I cant refund him if the customer decides to keep going and making this seem like its our fault. The customer placed the order believing everything will be fine then for his own personal reasons wanted to reverse the order. We didn’t do anything wrong, we didn’t mess anything up with his order, we didn’t even delay his order. Long story short I offered him a couple options and I hope we can work things out tonight so we can end the unnecessary bashing. |

P.S We now have another company clear coat our parts if we are too busy so that deff helps out with time management as well as me not having to spend several hours a week clear coating parts. He’s also better than me with the spray gun and faster. I was doing just fine spraying the only thing is the paint shop where we do our paint work at even though its a great place, they have things going on at the same time so it causes dust to stick in our paint. Which isn’t a big deal at all, we just have to wet sand and buff but that takes just as long as clear coating it self. So this guy Aldo can do a better job since when he clears our parts in his booth he can make sure that our parts are the only one in there.
So that’s good Other then that back on topic? These B pillars will be going out before the mid of this week (wednsday) then the thread is closed and we move on with the next project which will go smoother since we know more of what to expect. We're a new company, we are slower than others and yes we are working on that. Haters feel free to keep hating but eventually you guys will have to stop once theres nothing to hate about anymore. Meaning once our jobs start going out faster and more are posting good things. Everything will be turning out gravy! |
