I'm just gonna throw this out there....
I bought a set of Hankook v12 evos and they suck balls. Straight line traction is good...(compared to my bald RE050As) but the sidewalls suck horse ****. I swear, I would take my bald REs over buying these things again. If you like the way your Z drives now... DONT use these tires. I think Windex would agree with me. I hate them. /rant |

I was hoping you made a sale to that guy.
Sounds like you weren't the only one with the Stillen splitter to fall off. Some other guy made a thread about it bashing Stillen. A couple of people came in there saying theirs fell off. |

Oh well.. Stillen has been cool to me so I can hate on them. My lip fit fine, until it fell off. lol For the price, you can't really hate either. I'm going to get another one and have it painted silver to match my front. |

Yeah the guys bashing really was kinda messed up. He basically started that because they wouldnt give him free stuff. Why he would think any company should just start handing out things is odd. The only thing that made me think of you was that there were about 4 people that said in there that their front lip fell off. Seems to be that the mounting hardware they provide isnt good. They had a couple of people say that they noticed this immediatly and changed it out to longer screws and whatnot. So find something other than what it comes with or use some screw clips or something.

Yea, I totally agree with the hardware thing. It's basically a few small self tapping screws and some 3M tape. When I put my next one on I'm going to run bolts and backing clips.
I'm not asking for anything free... especially because the circumstances weren't their fault. I ran over something in the road which was unavoidable which make it fall off. I would have much rather me loose the $200 lip over wrecking my car or hitting someone else. The lip kit aside, I didn't find the intakes to be a very good fit though... When they come with a $500 price tag, I did expect a little more. |

Customer service is lacking in alot of places these days, but that guy went too far. I will tell all of you dont buy anything from that VIP guy. If he wouldve come thru I would have a better taste in my mouth. He promised to refund me some money when I kept trying to cancel my order, well that never came thru.

That sucks, the guy that bought my amuse kit. Got the same kit as you from the same place. His car was at the shop in pieces front and rear on without any problems. The sides where so bad that he would rather buy a whole new kit then try and fix them.
