same damage on both my rear wheels. And the manager says they aren't responsible.

How do they figure they are not responsible ? I'm sure you could round up pics of the wheels in perfect shape. Or this is a good chance to do the buy swap with me.:stirthepot:

threaten to report to the BBB, and if they dont seem to care. do it. hell even take out an add in the local paper :)

BBB already filed, google.com/yelp.com/yp.com reviews already done. Didn't think about the ad but i'm pretty sure that next. I wonder how much a full page ad costs in the Baker paper.
