She was a certified preowned! The dealer was using it as a loaner for Z and GTR guys!
Only had 2K miles when I scooped her up! Last edited by NismoRudyJ; 10-22-2014 at 09:03 PM. |

Been driving nissan since 2002(year I was able to drive) and vq owner off/on since 2005. I can tell of all the cars I've driven it's the best price to performance import you can buy.
You can purchase a built 350z with low miles for under 20k. My advice purchase one already the way you wanted. |

but G35 20k All parts I wanted that I could afford. Volks, Vortech SC, ect... 15k in parts. = 35k+ New car that I purchased built G37 23k. All parts included GTM stage 2 TT, Ray wheels, Clutch, gauges, tune, on and on and on FREE = 23k. Yes I know. It's not right to feed off of someone else is VQ passion, but they're built VQ's selling ever day. At least its going to a home where it's taken care of. Fun facts. My cars never get rained on, always assisted by professionals when I don't have the know how, and waxed ever 3rd week of the month. Yep building them is fun, but if I was to sell my ride I wanted to go to someone like me. Last I hear my G35 was put through the ringer with the new owner's brother ( you would cry if I told you). Even knowing the past owner of my G37 is driving a 100k BMW he still contacts me ever few months just to see how the G is coming. Only down side is you take a chance in how it was taken care, but I have ever record of the car since day one. Every oil change, GTM invoice, and labor. People like us are on the market place isn't hard to find. Repair/seal wheels $700 Body kit $1500 Interior repair $300 Head lights $400 Guess what, build this exactly the way I wanted it is only 3k or less. anyways that's my option. How hard is it to get a auto loan for a car outside of a dealership. Don't think my bank would do one. Because if I buy from a private seller I'd need cash on hand where as if I buy a car I build credit and can save a little cash on down payment

If you show prove of insurance, bill of sale, and copy of title. Most local banks, and credit unions will give you a cashiers check or wire transfer. imo wire transfers are the better option. I called my bank with proof of title sigined, and bill of sale with a copy of his driver license. After wire tranfer (3 hours later) we drove to the DMV to make it final. Most of state DMV's will charge 4% tax only and pay the different once you enter your state. For example, FL charged me 4% for a reg, and plate. Drove to New Orleans payed 3% different and got my local reg and plate. This way it assures you that you're driving legal and the seller can't back out. If the car has a loan still you have to pay it off 1st then repeat what I just listed once the title is in hand by the owner. Local take the owner with you to the bank with his reg, and payoff. You will have 0 issues long as you're not purchasing the car 20%+ over retail. My only advice is don't purchase in till you have all the facts. Took faith in the seller before fully looking at mine. Still got a great deal, but notices wheel damage and crack on my dash after the deal was done. Not saying I would talk him down more, but $500 less for my troubles of repair would've been nice. All and all my experince was great. His family was really nice to me, and gave me a place to stay for a few days.(which anyone that's decent would have done the same) Yes yes yes. It's not you're built VQ, and you have dings/cracks/scratches. but You're spending 50% less then it would have costed you out of pocket, and to fix all the small issues plus additional mods that you wanted is fraction. New G37 (Q60) 40k base + TT 15k + rays wheels $3500+ = 58k+ Just saying. Last edited by KratikosG37; 10-24-2014 at 08:41 AM. |

Looking to purchase a built VQ keep you're eye on this.
2009 Nissan 370z Amuse Stage 2 GTM SC His still light years away from offering a decent price, but if you can wait a few months it should be 25K ish which isn't a bad deal the car. Most sellers think that mods raise the price of the car. In less it's a 2014 with 5k miles with 20k+ worth of IF work. Most likely not IMO. Take notes, and make sure you're not a window shopper when you contact them. When I 1st contacted my pasted owner's car I showed a screen shot of a 790 becon score, and 30k liquid cash. Just don't fold and make sure you puchase a VQ in the same ball park everyone else is, BUT MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT WASTING THERE TIME. Most TT build VQ's done right with decent miles shouldn't be over 30k. |

Shout out to KaienZ34, had a good time today. He watched me run a Dodge Viper GTS, and he took me to the back roads by 310 off of HWY 90.
Afterwards we made a pass by west end and I took out a C6 at the 200ft on the way home. PM me if ya'll want to get together. More the better. P.S. two VQ's running in a pack made necks break 24/7 yo.... |
