I guess it was wrong of me to assume that everyone was mature enough to operate a car. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone you know... but I don't think you should have to have a rule specifically stating that it's not acceptable to do donuts in the parking lot. I figured people would just...know not to do it. Oh well... if rules are what we need then I guess it is what it is. |
