Branson Z Fest 2011 or By Enthusiasts-For Enthusiasts

i mean you really dont have to do that just post some driving rules and people will listen. establish those rules just before you leave and people will listen to them. Nobody wants to str8 up look like a moron right after there told rules. But if no rules are established then it will be nuts. I have to rules from my dads corvette club if yall wanna try that.

TypeOne 02-22-2011 10:31 AM

Rules...eh?

I guess it was wrong of me to assume that everyone was mature enough to operate a car.

I'm not pointing the finger at anyone you know... but I don't think you should have to have a rule specifically stating that it's not acceptable to do donuts in the parking lot.

I figured people would just...know not to do it.

Oh well... if rules are what we need then I guess it is what it is.

LafitteZ 02-22-2011 01:08 PM

Not acceptable to whom? Just because you like it one way doesnt make someone elses the wrong way. Mabe some like to live on the edge mabe somecan drive good enough to do that without a problem. Hint me for instance. Even though im sure everyone can behave enough to meet again you dont have to break everyone up over some stupid nonsence. By what your saying your pretty much considering most race car drivers unacceptable to drive with you because they like a little bit of adrenaline in there blood. Drive a pinto if you wanna drive like granny.

I sincerely mean no disrespect at all, but doing donuts in the middle of a parking lot with not only other cars but people standing around is reckless and dangerous.

You're not a race car driver, you are like everyone else that drives on public roads. I don't care what kind of car you have. Race cars are for confined tracks and places where racing is allowed and sanctioned for proper safety.

How you would feel if you were driving your family to dinner or the mall and a sports car comes smashing into you because he want "a little bit of adrenaline?" Think about the consequences of that... if you think that doesn't matter then that is irresponsible.

You like to live on the edge? What does that even mean...? Putting other people at risk for no reason?

Just because I don't like it doesn't mean it's wrong? How would you explain that to a cop?

"Hey officer, just because you don't like what I'm doing... doesn't mean it's wrong" I'd love to hear the next part of that conversation.

I'm pretty sure everyone here would agree with me that acting like that isn't something that is encouraged in any public place or forum.

I don't mean to single you out, but when you were spinning around in the parking lot... everyone else was saying what a dumb idea that was. Not to mention the people that actually hosted the event weren't happy about it.

Just as you said... "you dont have to break everyone up over some stupid nonsence" exactly, then don't do donuts in the parking lot and risk having someone call the cops telling ALL OF US to leave.

The simple fact is, if one can't abide by the unspoken rule of conduct which is known as general respect and responsibility, I don't think one should have the privilege of joining a group of enthusiasts. Especially when everyone else doesn't agree with how that individual acts.

I'm just saying.

I think somebody needs to grow some balls jesus christ what is this world coming too. And for your info my father is an ex cop and he drive a 220 mph vette and the damn old *** men in the corvette club had less to complain about when the wanted to see what my z had so. plz continue to be a puss thanks. And if you dont know what living on the edge is mabe you need some excitement in your life bro (JUST SAYING)

LafitteZ 02-22-2011 06:11 PM

Every time you post I really want you to know how much of a bitch your being just saying. My gfs have more marbles then you. It really wasnt that bad bro and just fyi not everybody agrees with you.

i made my peace kaen i apologize for the profanity just get a lil aggravated when one person wants to ruin a good fun thing over nothing.

KaienZ34 02-22-2011 07:49 PM

Lets keep it down to a low roar in here and i think it'll be ok...

TypeOne 02-22-2011 09:09 PM

I wasn't specially calling you out, I was merely making an example out of the situation that you just happen to be part of.

Call it what you want but you can't hide from the fact that it's dangerous... Simple as that. Instead of you getting so defensive, I ask, in a very reasonable and respectible way, to try to understand how other people see it.

I'm not trying to argue with you so don't get so worked up... Ok?

:hello:
