100 Octane in West Covina
 

If you are driving to Autoclub Speedway in Fontana and going down the 10 freeway. Exit Citrus. The 7-11 on the south side of the 10 freeway has 100 octane for 9.75 per gallon.

Interesting. We have 93 all over the place in Minnesota. Now, if I only had a tanker truck I'd start a new business. ;)

Anyone remember the Seinfeld where they filled up the postal truck with bottles and drove them to another state for the 5 cents a bottle turn in? Haha.

I read somewhere that the additive package used to make CA 91 ends up lowering the octane, so in effect it's only 89-90 octane. Is there any truth to this? Would you guys get CARBraped if you set up a meth kit to get up to 93 or higher?

Not sure if that's true at all. Stringent rules on fuel ratings and consumer protections.

Right, but CA gets its own special blend of gas to comply with their regs. I can't remember where I read it, but it wouldn't be the dumbest thing your state has done. :p

Cheaper to switch your WHOLE fuel system to E85 at those prices

I think it's almost cheaper to run with a gallon or so of E85, they already approved E15 for every pump anyways, so you'll be seeing that soon...

Here in the East, most Sunoco stations have 91 and 93, just about all others are 93.
