Xpel Clear bra installer you recommend?
 

Hey guys, I'll be picking up a 2013 PW Nismo this week as soon as I surrender my 40th Anniversary and I get my $7k check from Nissan. Oh, they are buying it back btw due to repeated issues with ignition coils and other stuff. I regret not putting on a clear bra on the 40th as the bumper took a beating from these Socal freeways. Anyhow, do you guys recommend a place I can get this done? I got a quote from a place called Transhine in Whittier for Xpel on the whole hood, bumper, quarter panels, mirrors, rocker panels and A-pillars for a little over $2K. I live in downtown LA and would like to limit my driving on the Nismo to avoid any rock chips. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I didn't get any feed backs on a Xpel Ultimate dealer in LA here in the forums but luckily I found a great one. I found Crystal Autoshield through the Xpel Ultimate website. From doing my research and reading up on all the available paint protection films, it seems like Xpel is the best. It also comes with a 10 year warranty if it ever yellows or peels. The price they quoted me for the front bumper, whole hood, fenders, head lights, mirrors, rocker panels and a third of the roof was unbeatable. Where other dealers wanted $2K or more, I payed considerably less than that. The guy who installed the film was Norbert. I can't say enough great things about this guy. He worked on my car as if it was his. He loves his work and pays close attention to details, quite the perfectionist. Instead of cutting out the film for the front emblem like other shops would do, he carefully took off the emblem and installed the film then installed the emblem again. It looks great, you can't even tell the film is there. For the hood and fenders he made sure he wrapped around the film as oppose to just leading the film up to the edge like others would do. This way, there is less chance dirt can get underneath the film. I'm very happy with the results. I definitely recommend. Here is there information and some pics of my car after the installation. Dam I missed this one. I have a guy that does A+ work. He did my Xpel film. The warranty also covers the labor not just the film.

For anyone else still needing a recommendation within the valley or even the los angeles area, most of us at GYW take it to Unique Auto Films for 3M clear bra. Talk to Farzaan and let him know that we referred you to get a better price. They are one of the few clear bra installers in the los angeles area that do 3M, Xpel, and Venture Shield.

One of our CT's that recently had the 3M clear bra installed as well as 50% ceramic tint on the windows.
