Evo-R Not Shipping.
 
Placed 2 orders with Evo-R. Didn't get any shippments.

Emailed for tracking number two times. No Answer.
Called 3 times, no answer.
Opened a dispute with PayPal, no answer.

Just filed a chargeback.

Very common with Evo-R. There is minimal to no communication, but he has always delivered his orders...sometimes not in a timely manner.

How delinquent is the shipment? Customer service is poor, but the product usually goes out, albeit sometimes not in a timely manner as 98 says.

It would depend on what was ordered and if it was in stock or not. My door handle covers took like a month. Im pretty patient when it comes to ordering car parts.

You should never order from EVO-R directly, only the Z store or another vendor who stocks his stuff rather than ordering from him

Keep on his case until he gets back to you, he gets too busy to answer PM's or fulfill his orders so you need to keep bothering him until he responds

I ordered a Harness Bar from him on Jan 28th, shipped on the 29th received on the 2nd of Feb. Seemed to work out quickly for me.

What I did was contact him directly before ordering, not the fastest response but after I sent payment I got my stuff pretty fast. Seems to be a lot of hit or misses with evo-r =/

Contact Jay before you buy anything. He is a nice guy just slow on getting on to the forum to reply emails. If parts are in stock im pretty sure you will receive it asap! Contact him first on availability. =)! Peace forum yo!

I can vouch for EvoR, I bought other stuff before and it just takes a while to get the product if its backorder or not in stock. Just gotta be patient, Jay will eventually reply back.

Same things happened to me, I ordered my evo r fog light 3 weeks ago now and still its not here. I emailed whoever ran the page and they said it was on back order after a week of waiting. I got some email from paypal saying it was shipped last week from taiwan, I had no clue it was a foreign buisness. Ill give it one more week before I have to ask for a refund.
