UPDATE:
Apparently SMOG shop owners are fighting this new law, because it is so easy to get certified and smog cars(since its just a code scan) that anyone could do it(a forum member here could get certified and "pass" people at meets if they don't have any CELs) and it would put them out of business. I don't know how true this is but I read it off an M3 forum, and thought I should spread the news. |
