Shift knob HELp!
 

Hey just wondering if anyone in san diego or even socal area have experience on changing out shift knobs for a mt... after reading a little about it I see that the stock shift knob pretty much has to be torn up in order to switch it out...

since this is my first manual transmission car, i dont have any experience nor the tools in taking apart the shift boot/shift knob.. can anyone help?! thanks in advance!
