Have heard good things about wheelflip.com; but haven't used them myself. In regards to TPMS - are you powdercoating stock wheels or aftermatket? With stock you obviously have no problems w/ TPMS. With aftermarket, you just need to make sure they are drilled for TPMS compatability. You don't need to buy new sensors unless, say, you want to keep a set with your stock wheels if you're going aftermarket. Hope that helps.
