Hey Guys, are there any CARB approved HFC's for us?

nope, welcome to Hypocritically pollution nazi of California.

Any Catalytic converters other than stock are illegal in CA and several other states.

cant you swap out the HFC with your stock cats before the smog check?

Why not? As long as you hold onto your stock cats.

You can always get around smog by *cough*shadyshops*cough*

The problem is if you get pulled over and the cop gives you a state ref ticket it's a PITA.
