Too bad I won't be back in L.A until at least July'ish. Anyways my stepdad's warehouse is in Gardena so I'm in the area quite a bit.

Don't worry, I believe we'll be closing the State of California as we are going bankrupt with no fix in sight so we might temporarily close the State for a while.
