there not that bad but I would go to ontario (impire) nissan. Ask for Wasi.. although he couldnt get me financed he worked his hardest (3 days of calling finance companys) to and out of every dealer I went to in the Los Angeles area he was the coolest. STAY AWAY FROM FONTANA.. they are friqn sharks. read there review on yahoo and other sites.. FONTANA is the devil.. do not sign anything or even offer your credit score to them.. you should never have to give your credit score or sign anything in order get a quote. Wasi qutoed me on a fully loaded touring sport with nav at 38,125. im sure you can get one for around that or better. Good luck.. I ended up getting financed for a used one with low miles.. if I only had that magic credit score I would of been able to jump into a new one.. with all the options I wanted. theres always next gen.

Male nurse makes some serious accusations!!! Before I got my z I was shopping around the internet and danny from fontana nissan helped me out tremendously. I ended up finding a 40th anniversary for a good price and jumped all ovr it. I bought my z from a little nissan dealer called stadium nissan.. around angel stadium. They had an internet only price and that was exactly what I had paid. No upselling or any of that.

To be honest I didnt go to Danny. I went to Richard Padila "internet sales" who I was dealing with on the phone then when I got there Richard passed me off to Bill Colt (who seems like a nice guy caught in the middle) who didnt know much about Z's but I was ok with it. So they had me there an hour telling me that there looking for my car because they didnt have one there. during that hour without even having a car they tried a few times for me to fill out the credit application telling me they werent going to run my credit report but I needed to sign it. Then they brought "the closer" who also wanted me to sign the credit app.. again without having the car. I had told them several times I jus came by to look at the car (which I was led to believe they had there prior to me arriving). Then in the end Richard (who let me tell you is the nicest guy on the phone) was frustrated because I wouldnt sign and then they gave me a quote finally. I told them I have a better deal and I showed him. He then told me that they have that car on lock down because "where the biggest blah blah blah" meaning they move so much inventory that if I went somewhere else, where ever else I would go wouldnt be able to get the car because they already put there finger on it. Although I have not met "Danny" I am sure he is a swell guy but as far as a buisness (and this is not only me saying this. if you take the time to read real reviews from customers there ) they have alot of improvement to be made in there customer service. And let my also add I said to Bill over and over I know car sales is a buisness and they need to make money just like I need a good deal but please just me competitve in your offer and do not press your agenda on me. I have read multiple reviews describing similar situations and maybe I am a little ticked at the fact they had me there an hour just waiting for "Richard to find the car"; and then have them threaten me that thats the only car in the area matching that description and if I dont get it from them I wont be able to get it from anywhere. These may sound like accusations but I am just stating my situation and feelings. When I mentioned the other dealer ship and why I recomend them is because "wasi" was the only person I dealt with from beggining to end. That is customer service and care. He has been in car sales for 26 years and presents as a decent up front person. Again I am sure Danny is a good person and only wish I had the opportunity to meet him before.

Forum members… Thanks for the kind words.
Malenurse.. I wish I had a chance to meet you and work this deal out for you personally. We have helped many forum members getting great deals throughout the year and hopefully I can do the same for you if you need any help. Regarding our reviews, our current owner Mike Cronin Jr. had inherited a few bad reviews when he purchased this dealership. Like any other businesses even Empire Nissan you were mentioning would have a few good and bad reviews, but we're striving making every customers happy leaving our dealership. Below are a few links to the reviews you were mentioning and you can see we’re making good progress on that. BTW welcome to the forum. BBB Rating Dealer Rater Merchant Circle Yelp City Search Yahoo
