Weekly Thursday night meets-Burbank, CA
first night of this meet will be Jan. 6 2011 starts at 830 pm...so see you next year
This meet will be taking place at a parking lot in Burbank by the airport The owner has agreed to let us use it so there will be no problems so go hit up the meet. Somewhat of a low key spot potentially getting a good amount of people out there. ..ITS ALL MATTERS IF YOU GO .. what not to do: Don't bring your parents cars Don't bring a stock civic with powder coated stockies 3022 N. It'll be very hard to do a meet in burbank especially on a thursday night.
People wouldn't want to be stuck in rush hour traffic since a bunch of the meet regulars aren't from around the burbank area. I'll probably be down though since I work in glendale. |
Well the meet used to be in la crascenta, UA theaters but too many kids and cops coming and ruining it, so we decided to move it to this location, specially with the owner letting us do this event. Lets see what happens.

Sound like a great choice! I live a couple hours away and would be stuck in traffic all the way up there. Hopefully I can meet with you guys one of these days.

Did this go down on Thursday? I actually just came here to see if there was any interest for a Thursday night meet at the Burbank Empire center by Krispy Kreme and saw that this thread was already up...We used to do meets in this parking lot without issues back when I had my A4, I don't know if it has become a problem since but grabbing a donut or two while hanging out sounds enticing.
Thursday nights work great for me, I hate missing the saturday night ones that are once a month but Saturday nights I seem to always be busy. When's the next one? |
