So I was reading thru this thread and I have to be honest. I fell asleep. Triple's, what happened to the focus of this thread as mentioned in your OP? Is this all we got going on in Southern California? Talking about rain? This is Southern Cal, known for being the car mecca of the US, so I'm sure there are more events and meets and track days to talk about. I'm new to having a decent car to take to events and use, but have always had the desire. I was just hoping to learn more out of this thread.

didnt even notice this. i havent been browsing the forum much lately
everything went pretty well.
it drizzled a bit during a session but that was about it.
it was really cold because of the windchill though

The main focus was to basicaly move the chit chat in general to here as opposed to the threads that were for events. Seems like threads were going on with chit chat on topic and off? that the new folks were constantly asking basic info on the either a cruise or a meet in which had the thread stayed a lot cleaner it would've made it easier for new people interested in it to find the info needed without going thru a bunch of pages of folks chatting it up.
Thats the reason for this thread.
