Yes, it is Capital Seafood Restaurant. You can either get dim sum to-go, next door, or sitting in. So far this is the best tasty dim sum I've eatten, especially the shumai. I don't venture enough to try the chicken feet.

Din Tai Fung actually has really good dumplings if you wanna try a different place in the future
