Good mechanic/shop for 370z
 

Anyone knows of a trustworthy mechanic/shop in SoCal to bring the z in for regular maintenance like fluid change? I don't have too much confidence in stealerships taking good care of my car so I'd prefer to do fluid changes outside and only go to Nissan for warranty repairs/bigger problems.

Any suggestion?

If you would rather not go to a dealership I would suggest either Precision Z in Canoga Park or Corner 3 in Lake Forest.

Where in SoCal, you could live in San Diego, and I'm telling you about a shop in Ventura.

But that is about 50-60 miles away from you. They work every thing from old models, to Vettes&Porsche's.

Just go to Precision Z its not too far from you.

Before you blow off the dealer completely, ask them who their GTR tech is. My dealership has a tech that has taken special training on the GTR and is the only tech in the dealership who works on them.

He is my tech and I couldn't be happier with him. He treats my Roadster like the Crown Jewel that it is, and he treats me like a valued customer. He's very knowledgeable, personable, professional and informative, and his work is impeccable.

I highly recommend Seb at SpecialtyZ; great prices on parts and labor (cheaper than anywhere I have found), does top notch work, and is a great guy.
