Not getting up to temp with oil cooler?

Anyone from SoCal running a 25 core oil cooler have any problems with not getting their cars up to operating temps? I know it doesn't get that cold here. I

Default Not getting up to temp with oil cooler?

Anyone from SoCal running a 25 core oil cooler have any problems with not getting their cars up to operating temps?

I know it doesn't get that cold here. I am just wondering if I'll be needing an oil cooler with the thermostatic plate.
