Help with Adjusting BC Coilovers

I just purchased a used Z and it came with BC Coilovers. I want to raise the rears a bit but am clueless on how to do it. I read through some forums but would like someone to help make sure I’m doing it right? Any one in the OC that can help me out? I have beer!
