Installing your factory tow hook on the front of the car will suffice for the front and the factory tow hook underneath your car in the rear will suffice for the rear. If the 370Z did not have a factory tow hook then in the rear, then you would have to add one. The factory 370Z tow hook is located underneath the car on the driver's side.
Ditto. They really only require that you have a front hook in or know of a tow point otherwise as the tow vehicle won't be held financially responsible for any damage done upon them having to figure it out on thier own and inadvertently causing such damage.
