Adams Motorsports Park -- Thursday Night Drift!
 

Hey Guys!

Just wanted to let you know we will be attending tonite's event at Adam's Motorsports Park in Riverside tonite and every Thursday night! They usually draw a pretty good crowd and some awesome grassroots drifting!!! They always have a dj on site and pretty good food too!

I will be there in the Fontana Nissan tent! Be sure to come by and say hello! Tonite they are celebrating their 1 year anniversary for Drift Night, so I'm sure there will be a few special surprises tonite!

I'm heading up to the track at about 5:30pm if anyone wants to caravan up with me!

scott know of any beginner drift days scheduled in the near future?

Yeah...every thursday night! They will break you up...I'd recommend doing the 6pm session...there are usually beginners there!

It was very fun out there yesterday! We came and watched! Forrest Wang is amazing!

Yeah it was good times! Great turnout this week! They are taking a break for the holidays...but should be up and running Drift Nights in January! See you then!

Fontana Nissan will be supporting this series in 2010 and will be present at all Thursday Night Drift events! We are also working on setting up meets to caravan over to Adams on Tuesday nights for Time Attack Night! Stay tuned for more info!

Good crowd is referred to the audience, music, food, etc. I think you'll get plenty of driving time in if you plan to be out on track!

that was horrible - i got stuck in traffic for 2 hours and didnt get there until about 9.30! watched for 15 minutes and drove back. what a waste of time.

next time i gotta get off of work *really* early and start driving there at 3pm and just hang out until the 6pm session starts.

does anyone know if the 60fwy is any better than the 91??

oh yes...the 91 is horrendous!!!! Anything is better than the 91! LOL!

Your gonna have to battle the traffic either way... Go to google map and check out their live traffic report before heading out this way next time. It should give you a little idea which route you should take.

there's a chance i may get out of work early tomorrow. i'm *thinking* about going. has anyone drifted on this track before? any thoughts, comments? it looks awefully narrow and almost no run-off space at most corners. it wouldnt bother me if it was grip driving, but for drifting, i'm a little worried....
