No. The truth is, it probably won't do much at all unless you get tuned for it.

Note that many of these stations carry 100 octane unleaded in 55 gal. drums NOT at actual pumps. I just went to the 76 station on Lincoln in Los Angeles and the owner met with me and pumped 5 gal. for me from the drum. Very nice guy.. gave me his card for when I needed to come back.

Actually you will probably make the same or slightly less HP, a tune might help a bit but the only true way to make more HP is to increase the compression ratio.

Oxygenated race fuel on the other hand will definitely make more power but it is highly corrosive, so I wouldn't recommend that you leave that stuff in your tank. Plus make sure you find the unleaded stuff or you will screw up your cats unless your running test pipes.
