Steering wheel control on aftermarket head-unit

I'm using Metra Axxess aswc-1 to restore the steering wheel radio buttons.

It's for 2012 base standard radio.

Has anyone installed this and got it to work? I've tried for days but nothing so far.

If anyone's willing to help me I can pay you.

Located in Anaheim.

Been using it on my 2009 for a few years. Works beautifully for me.
