Default Anyone interested in Custom blacked out led headlights? NEW PICS!

Hey guys just wanted to know if anyone is interested in blacked out custom shrouds and leds in their headlights? I recently had a good friend of mine work on it for me, he has tons of experience with headlights and electricals for leds, with tons of certs to back it up. I must say my headlights came out absolutely amazing. I had them blacked out, shrouds color matched, leds on strip. I watched and helped out when he needed a hand for the whole project and they came out flawless, looks like it came from the dealer. I wanted to pass on his awesome work to you guys in socal, i will have tons of pics soon once he gets it to me, but wanted to see if there was interest for others to get involved with him as well. He is located in SD and the turn around time is 3-7 days depending on urgency. I am almost certain his work is better then what most shops do out there. I will go into detail how good his work is once i get pics so its easier to explain.

I know everyone is going to want pics, i have this ghetto picture on my phone I took today, but I will have them up soon. PM for the pricing if you are interested.

PICS FINALLY UPLOADED, ATTACHED BELOW!

Can't wait to see the pics. I love the blacked out look, but I'm not too sure about the LED's. I've always wondered though, do you notice any reduction in road lighting when you do this?

I'm definitely interested!

I'm still not sure if I want the LED strips, but I def would want the headlights blacked out and the shrouds color matched. I think for the sake of not getting tickets, I may opt to not have the amber reflectors painted, but the rest of it blacked out would be sweet!!

Thanks for the info and hookup! I sent you a PM for pricing

Looking forward to your pics!

thanks caravanshaka!!

if anyone else is like me and has no balls to open up the headlight yourself this guy is definitely where you should go!

moonlitebiker I havent put the lights on my car yet so cant say about the reduced light, but I doubt it will make a huge difference with these d2 hids.. and as far as the leds, what i like about his work is that instead of connecting them with the parking lights, he wired it to a switch a relay that way I can turn them on/off whenever which will also extend the life of an already everlasting led

it does take balls, but it's worth it in the end if you have patience

Adding a switch isn't too hard, and I am contemplating doing it for my set as well. But like you said, they last forever anyway, so it's not that big of a deal. If they die in 5 yrs I'll pull em out and redo them

I finally got the pics, here are the pics of what I think best shows how professional and flawless his work is. He doesn't half *** anything which you can tell, everything is double tested in the leds as well as little things like even painting the back of the housing black as well.. ill let the pics tell the story!
