Z Day California Pismo Beach 2015

So is it just a big Z car show with vendors? Will there be dyno pulls or any driving events or anything? Just trying to figure out what exactly will be happening there. I haven't ever been to Zdayz on the East coast but it's supposed ot eb huge and crazy with a lot of stuff going on. What's going to be happening at this event?

This is the first year that we are having this event and plan on make it annually. There will be custom trophies for the registered vehicles, tons of giveaways, dj, and we are currently working on a dyno but it is most likely not going to happen. The city will not allow since it will cause disturbance to the near by residencies and businesses. Over 150 cars registered. The following day we will be having a canyon run that everyone is invited to!

Mission complete! Z-DAY CALIFORNIA went off without a hitch. We were privileged to have Randy Rodriguez the designer of the Nissan 370Z come to our event. He is a very humble person and a fellow enthusiast. I feel honored to have the opportunity to lead our team and to be taking us to big opportunities like never before.
Our team was founded by 11 enthusiasts that shared the same passion and it has made us a family today. We strive to bring quality events, track days and canyon runs and we hope see you again soon.

Good event! Attendance from all over CA. Met a lot of new people. Saw all generation Zs except for the S130/Z31. The guys at SoCalZ did a fine job of putting this together and happy for them. Hope they do it again.

The first annual Z-Day California show was a huge success with close to 200 Z cars and people in attendance. Z owners and organizations from Northern and Southern California came together on this amazing day to share their passion and love for the Z. The car show featured a large variety of Z's from all generations, modified and stock with trophies rewarded to the best Z in each of those respective categories.
Tony Anaya Jr. and his SOCALZ crew placed a lot of time and hard work into making this event a reality and it was rewarded with the overwhelming support from the Z enthusiast community. Raffles, gift bags, gift certificate drawings, track day passes, and more were up for grabs and the crowd was eager and ready for them! David Lewis aka DJ Blurr had an awesome set and really set a great atmosphere and vibe throughout the event.
Randy Rodriguez, designer of the Nissan 370z made an appearance at the show and shared stories of his younger years and how the Z car has always been an important part of his life which ultimately led him to design the 6th generation of the Nissan Z.
I was fortunate enough to attend and did my best to capture how breathtaking all of the cars were. I couldn't have done it without my best friend,

who was there filming alongside myself and helped me get some amazing shots of the SOCALZ32s caravan on the way to Pismo Beach as well.
