All Florida Meet: Oct 24th 2009 in Orlando
 

Hey Guys, my Private Club is going to host this event, you guys are welcome to come and invite other ones. Just be sure you and they are friendly people that we can hang out and have fun. My club is a Mixed car club, so we try to avoid any heated conversation about cars, just respectful and enjoyable people. ;)

The All Florida Meet 2009 Picnic


City: Orlando, FL
When: Saturday October 24th 2009
Time: Arrive by 12pm
Who: Anyone related to the FL Mitsu family regardless of your ride
Where: Southport Community Park - 3437 Barnstable Place, Orlando, Fl 32827
Post Activities: After the picnic, Go-Karts & Arcade at Fun Spot.

We Need: Hot Dogs, Burgers, Buns, Cheese, Chips, Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard, Charcoal + Matches, Aluminum Foil, Paper Towel, Cups, Disposable Plates, Coolers with ICE, Water, Sodas ( lots of coolers, sodas, water will be needed).

Post If you are attending, what can you bring and I'll write it down next to your name. Any other type of food is always welcome. The Park has a pretty open space, if you have any recreational stuff like perhaps: a Football, Soccer Ball, Volley Ball, Frisbee, Portable Chairs and a Audio Device to play mp3's or cds. Bring them with you.


Itinerary:

11-12p - Arrive at the Park
12:30p - Serving of Food
1 - 4pm - Picnic with Club Members
3:45pm - Collection of Cash for Fun Spot
4:00pm - Head out to Fun Spot
8:00pm - Dinner / Movies

With 4 Multi-Level Go-Kart Tracks, Bumper cars, Bumper boats, Arcades and a Snack Bar. It's free parking, free entrace to the park. Our group discount armbands goes for $25 CASH, this will include an UNLIMITED Rides and UNLIMITED Arcade Play. Please have your cash in hand so we ( I or Manny) can collect them at the park before we go, we must summit a one time single payment for the discounted group. Anyone left out will have to pay the full price for the rides.

For the people that wont be doing karts and games, or wont be riding several times: You dont have to pay the $25.00, you can get separate tickets, which is $6 per ride for go-karts, and you can buy also the $4.95 armband for the unlimited arcade only. There's different type of armband prices for different rides that will fit your budget if you plan on Not buying the Unlimited armband at the discount price for $25. They are people driving from Miami, Coral Spring, Homestead,Tampa. Some of them are reiting rooms up here to stay. Just so u know thats not an excuse ;)

it is for me haha. If I went up with a club maybe it'd be worth it.

That will be great if you guys can come, that way I wont be the only Z. I think they are ppl that are coming from South Florida, let me know guys if you guys really are coming and may be able to hook u up with them so u can come together. Plus we are doing a BBQ so u may want to bring either chips or cokes, something that doesnt melt in ur car or napkins, etc

OK for all of you guys that are coming or dont want to come alone to the All Florida meet from South Florida. We are preparing a convoy.

All the people that is driving from SFL to Orlando on saturday 10/24/09 for the All Florida Meet, sign in

These are the instructions for all you guys can meet up and drive together as a group to Orlando;

-Miami Dade & Broward
Meet up at Tower Shops in Davie early in the morning. Leaving Towers at the latest 8:45am, counting that you'll make to Orlando by 12pm, a 3hr drive from broward. Take the turnpike north, and meet up with Mark(with the RX8s), at the Mile post 144 Port St. Lucie/Fort Pierce "Service Plaza". This is right after the 142nd exit, about 1hr & 20mins @ speed limit drive.

-West Palm, Ft Pierce and Pt Saint Lucie
Mark(RX8 crew) & others, will be waiting at the Mile post 144 Port St. Lucie/Fort Pierce "Service Plaza" on the Turnpike by 10am.

I know Mark(igot3g2), from St Lucie will be there waiting for the south people, but I need a list of those coming from Dade/Broward on saturday. I will provide numbers to each other for you to comunicate once we get a list going.

YEa I will keep you guys updated when the SFL crew get builded. So far theres gona be a lot of people :/
