XECOFL-The Beach Meet

OK its that time of the year to get some sunburn at the beach. We are creating this event in request from our friends at Club4G that are having one of the biggest Car Cruise event of the year. Since we know how to handle big events like this we are honored to manage this Beach Meet and offer everyone a good get together day with food and fun. That is why we are inviting other clubs to join us and have a great time. And of course show off your ride. At the end that is what gets us together. So let's get this going.

ya boy willz 06-02-2012 08:39 PM

BUMP This meet is coming up soon.

Please be sure to Register/Pay for the Food Wristband before June 25th if you plan on eating. The cost of the wristband is $5 if you pay before June 25th.

If you pay the day of the meet the cost of the wristband is $10. So make sure to pay ahead of time!

mannyz 06-03-2012 03:14 PM

Hello Everyeone,

At this point we are only 26 days left for this event. We need to have an updated list of who is going so we can have an estimate of visitors and address it with the Park.

Also is very important that anyone who is eating pay for the wristband in advance, that is the money that will be using to pay for the food and anything we need for all of you.

You are also welcome to bring your own homemade stuff, or bring your own drinks (non alcoholic) or chips or food as well.

Please follow the respective links and get onboard so we can have a great turnout for you.

Thanks!

That will be great if you can come, there are some other Z's going too just not from here.

kellyefields 06-03-2012 09:43 PM

2 for sure from tampa will be there. I will be passing the word to the others hopefully we will have a bigger turnout.

Hey Zoren I can answer you since I'm the organizer. Z community is still low compared to other forums. But i hope they get motivated closest to the date. So far maybe 6 or 7 Z which is good but the more the better. We update the list on our site which you are welcome to take a look anytime.

Thanks still crossing my fingers! Im good to go with one companion.
Florida Z community with the exception of the far south group is starting to be boring. Maybe most of them not on the "The 370Z forum" Haha..
But Im still optimistic.
The Florida caravan to ZdayZ was a good number had a chance to dance with them up to Valdosta.

Yes the Z population is a little bit difficult to have them spend time with other vehicles that are not the same brand but is not the forum is the persona. We have the same challenge with muscle car people and few other imports. But there's always a few the break the barrier and come to our meets.

Should be able to count me in, I go for an interview tomorrow that seems pretty promising, so if that works out and I don't have to work that Saturday then my wife and I will definitely head over there. We'll probably caravan with Osiris and the gang (if his car is fixed by then)

Thanks manny! I think it went pretty well, I should hear something later on this week or maybe Monday.

Zoren, where are you at in Florida? Hopefully we can all see each other. And hopefully I'll have my FI exhaust on by then. I've just been busy doing little cheap things here and there. Here's my most recent completed project: blacked out backlit Z start button...

Very nice mod there very unique. Im from Lake city about 3.5hrs going north of Orlando. Hey I do have a Rays sports wheels with bridstone tires about 3K miles only without curb rash like Bnew. If you know anyone from FL. I do not want to have the pain of shipping and packaging it properly to avoid damage. So local pick up would be great.

Sorry for the wrong thread...just maybe some of the FL community is reading this thread.

Huck 06-14-2012 02:59 AM

Yeah that's cool, it's understandable. How much you want for them?

That may have to be planned while we're there. However, the official Orlando "parade"/caravan run to St Pete thread can be found here: Beach Meet Orlando Caravan

mannyz 06-20-2012 07:10 AM

The Beach Meet Event is getting closer and we would like to remind you of a few details so everything goes according to plan and everyone enjoys the day.

ROUTE AND PARK FEES
Depending where you are coming from there will be some tolls before arriving to the park. Some of them will accept electronic pass (E-Pass, Sunpass, etc) and some of them don't, so we recommend to carry cash and coins just in case. The Fort DeSoto Park has an entry fee of $5.00 that was implemented this year. This is paid to the park and not to XECOFL.

FOOD WRISTBAND
The last day to pay $5.00 for the wristband is June 25th. If you pay after the 25th or at the Beach the charge is $10.00. The wristband will give you access to Unlimited Food and Drinks, but please be responsible so others can eat as well. So if you haven't paid for your wristband or your invites please visit our site in order to register Event Registration » Xtreme Events: Cars of Florida

If you want to confirm your payment we have an automated updated list here Event Attendees List » Xtreme Events: Cars of Florida If your name doesn't show up it means the registration didn't complete or there was an error with the PayPal process, but if you got charged the amount please send us your confirmation code using our Contact Us page Contact Us » Xtreme Events: Cars of Florida

PARK RULES
You are responsible for following the rules of the park and we would like to remind you that your behavior and conduct at the park can affect the rest of the attendees. So please follow the rules:
- No Speeding
- No Loud Music
- No Racing
- Yield to Pedestrians
- No Burning Tires
- No Alcohol Beverage allowed
- Follow any other signs or rules of the park
