Hello Guys, my name is Manny, Im new here to the site. I just got my Z like 3 weeks ago. I've seen here that you guys do meets and sometimes even look for people in your area. Well my car before the Z was a 4G Eclipse and thanks to it I made a lot of friends and did few meets with them.

Well since I changed my car and I dont know people from the Z, I still meet with them. Last weekend we did a BBQ Meet in South Florida in Markham Park and it was more than 25 people and 30 cars. Most of them Mitsubishis but we also had some Nissan, Infinity, Mazda, etc That gave me and my friend an idea.

Why we dont make a club where is only for Florida people, designed for meets, events, group discounts, local mini meets but with all kind of brand cars, not only one brand specific. That way no one feels like an outsider. So we did and I want to invite any Florida resident who wants to participate.

Now the site is private and is by invitation only, we dont want people surfing around the web and find about our meets and shows up without we even knowing who they are. We also want serious and opened minded people that not only goes to show off their car, but mainly to make new friends and have fun, even bring your family to the meets. We dont do racing, or trying to get in trouble with cops. Like I said this is a Car Club event Meet have fun family, all together club lol.

Because is a private site, I may need to know you in person. So if you are in Central Florida and are interested let me know and Meet with you, talk about a little bit more about our ideas. If you leave in South Florida my friend is from down there he can meet you there and do the same thing.

Welcome MannyZ! I think I remember seeing your posts on Club4G sites. Needless to say, I'll be upgrading eventually. The eclipse just isn't cutting it.

Oh so u have or had a 4G. Well mine was very good looking, but started to give me problems and because is a new car, no place was cheap, and because it was modded no Dealer wanted to honor the warranty

We have a group like that in the North East called "Car Enthusiasts of MA", but it got so popular that it now includes all of New England and NY. You should be able to set up something with a similar agenda in FL.

YEah Thanks Chris, the forum is already made, and that is our plan just whoever is interested in having some fun and enjoy a BBQ day or a day in the beach without talking about cars is more than welcome lol. So I hope it goes big in Florida.

I've been thinking about a thing I used to do with my old Subaru pals.. we used to have monthly meets where everybody would bring all their mods and we'd meet up at someone's house/garage or whatever is best and install mods, drink beer, laugh and eat food! Was such a AMAZING time..

Something like this would be cool to do again.. Keep me posted on what you have in store, Manny.

Hey thanks Jay, it will be cool casue we need someone that can handle the events in North Florida. So far we have Central, Tampa and South. And I guess when we do the ALL Florida Meet in Orlando you guys can come here.

Ill keep you posted, right now we are building the member list, but they are all Mitsu, we need to invite different ppl to the forum.

Hey Capenas, thanks for your interest. Yes I have a friend down there that organize the local meets down there. He has an Eclipse 3G, but thats why we want to do a mixed club, not a one manufacturer specific. So yea I will let him know. Or if you can wait, or if you want I am driving down there on the 27th to watch Transformers, maybe you can join us and we can meet each other.

POLO, thats great there one already organizing SFL Meets, maybe we can join forces and get them on board. We just want to create a big Car Enthusiast Club. The more we are, we can get discounts tickets, lunches, etc.

The main purpose is to just hang out, and have a good time. Our goal is to do 3 All Florida Meets, 1 south, 1 Central, 1 North. Additional to that Mini-Meets, which will be local meets and they can decide what to do, movies, dinner, pool, whatever.

And the good thing is that is a private club. Only people we know.

I just bought my 370 a couple of months ago. Taking it to the track in Bradenton this friday for "Street Legal Drags". I want to see how I do in the 1/4. Anyone else going or do you have any tips i.e. launch rpms, tire pressure setup?

3500 to 4000 is a good rom to launch. If u have the Manual Sport, be sure to activate the Sport Mode and disactivate the VDC. Tires idk on 19" but I think no less than 25, but 28psi I think is a nice number, safe 30psi.

See this kind of events we can announce, for people that lives in the area can join, and we can hang out together. What time you are planning to go?

OK Guys, Here are some of the up-coming meetings we are going to do just for fun.

CFL - We are going to watch UP Disney Digital at Altamonte Springs Mall on Friday June 12. We are still looking for the Showtimes, but I checked at Fandango and nothing yet.

SFL - Saturday June 26, we are watching Transformers 2

CFL - July 2nd, we are planning to watch Transformers and eat some wings.

EFL - (Tampa) - July 11th, we are going to Bush Gardens

We are also planning a trip to the beach at the end of July. But as a rule of the Forum is a private forum until we meet the people in person. Well if u have some money and want to join us you are welcome to. Thats the main reason of this new club, not to get people out of their main forums, but to have a centralize club for meets and group together. For those that dont have GF, BF, or always by themself =) or the ones with Family that dont have anyone to have fun with.

I'm waiting for my Red Z to get delivered today at the dealership. I'm around the Daytona area, I hope to meet some of you one day.

You maybe the only Z up north, but remember when u come part of the club u can invite your subaru friends, and any friend that has a car. ;) Plus I have some friends that drive Mitsus that live in Jax as well.

Oh and so far Im the only 370Z that I see in Orlando, I think everyone else is hidden.

Just got my red Z today, looks great. I got some tint put on the car as well. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and the car so far. Just got to take care of her for the break-in period. Have a good week everyone.

We have nother movie coming which is Transformers, we are going on July 2nd to watch that one.

We are gona watch the movie today at Cinemark, we are gona meet around 9:30p at the theather.

Damn man I which I can change it, but that will mess up the schedule of all the ppl that work that day that asked for the day off and sutff =( and one of the reason they want to do it is because we also gona eat wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, which I think they got some kind of special. See if you can at least get out early =(
