I used to live in Fort Lauderdale but moved to the Orlando area about 6 months ago for a better job. Are there any car clubs here?

Hit up Osiris, he will lead you in the right direction, they do tons of hangouts on the weekends/days. Prob a good 15 active orlando members from what Ive seen. But deff hit that guy up.

- Weekly Thursday meet at Route 46
- Cars and Cafe every last Saturday of the month Route 46 (tomorrow!)
- 1st Saturday of the month meet at Hooters Kirkman Rd (XE)
- SCCA Autocross in Geneva this weekend on Sunday (see thread here)
- V2LAB Mystery Meat Sunday the 8th


Those are just some of the "scheduled" events...we tend to have a few meets that develop last minute also.

If you can narrow down the dates can probably find something going on.

I think it should be the end of April. Like the 27-30th.

There's Cars N Cafe in Sanford the last Saturday of every month; usually has a good turnout of some nice rides. I'll look around and see what else is going on that weekend and post up.

So I just noticed that The Florida Marlins are NO LONGER the florida marlins...they are the Miami Marlins and they totally changed their logo and all...must be with their new park down there, id love to watch a game! Went when they were at the football stadium back in the 90s. So anyone know if they are gonna update their specialty license plates? Id love to order one with the new design for my car! Ive been thinking of that new one thats a sunset with a surfer on it but if the Miami one is badass then I will get that instead! lol Anyone else pay attention to this kinda thing? I always buy specialty plates for my cars.

For those of you that are always looking for something to do in Central FLorida you can visit our site. We always have 1 Monthly Meet and an Event Meet every month.

When will the next meet be near the east side of florida?

You're in Daytona if i remember correctly? Well, the closest one to you would be the weekly Thursday meet in Sanford. But if "east side" = beach side, then not for a while. We are having a beach meet on the 30th in St Pete, but i guess that would be considered "west side" ;) . We have a monthly meet also in Orlando.

yeah I keep trying to make it to the sanford one but I always wind up with no money lol. I will try again next week.

Hey, aside from the gas it doesn't cost a thing! Of course unless you want to have dinner there and stuff, but we get a 25% discount on the food if I remember right. Other than that, the great company is free :tup:

I wish I could have been there with you guys, I had to work today :( on the bright side I just finished installing the CBE part of my fast intentions exhaust, and I couldn't be more pleased. The headers get here on Thursday, so I'll be installing them Sunday or monday.
