Looking For Areas to live... Florida

So, im originally from NY came out to cali about 6-7 years ago, and am looking to go back east.... kicking around ideas with the lady...

Now with that said and out of the way, I am looking to buy a house, not quite sure where. Looking for something with no HOA at a minimum, also looking for somewhere "safe" nice, and with some property....

Just wondering if you guys would be willing to throw up ideas, i have family throughout florida but it has been years, so my memory is a little foggy.

Also looking to stay towards the south east.... if possible.

So any info would be greatly appreciated about any area that you see fit.
